Meet Adam Hartley: Decemberâs Top Agent and a Real Estate Powerhouse
Adam Hartley, just shy of 30, is a rising star in real estate. His success is built on hard work, discipline, and a genuine care for people. But Adamâs journey didnât start in real estateâit started with a love for helping others and a knack for making things happen.
From Hospitality to Real Estate
Before jumping into real estate, Adam worked in hospitality, mastering the art of client satisfaction and customer service. Growing up, his mom, a banker, taught him valuable lessons about money and financial smarts.
At just 22, Adam bought his first home and rented out the rooms, a move known as house hacking. That experience showed him how real estate could create opportunities and income. After selling his home and seeing the profit, Adam decided to get his real estate license in late 2019.
A Realtor Who Gets It
What makes Adam stand out is his ability to connect with people on a real level. âI know what it feels like to be in their shoes,â he says. Adam understands the emotions clients feel when buying or selling a home, and he works hard to make the process as smooth as possible.
For Adam, real estate isnât just a jobâitâs his career and his business. His approach is simple: If youâre going to do something, do it right.
Owning December
While many agents slow down during the holidays, Adam leaned in. He stayed consistent, focusing on follow-ups and keeping clients motivated. âAnyone looking for a home during the holidays is serious,â he explains. Adam worked to keep their excitement alive, helping them see their dreams for the new year.
The trade-off was tough. Adam sacrificed time with his own family during the holidays to stay focused on his work. But that dedication paid off, making him the top agent in December.
Big Plans for 2025
Looking back at what worked in 2024âhis CRM, social media, and networkingâAdam is ready to take things to the next level in 2025. He plans to step up his personal branding, sharpen his skills through ongoing education, and use all the resources and connections at his disposal to keep growing.
Life Outside of Real Estate
When Adamâs not closing deals, youâll find him in the gym, spending time with his girlfriend Lynsey, or playing video games late at night. âPast the locs and muscles, Iâm just a goofy nerd,â he admits.
Adam credits Lynsey for being his rock during the busy end-of-year season, giving him the stability he needed to focus on his clients and his own home purchase.
Words to Live By
To his colleagues, Adam shares this reminder: âRemember where you came fromâitâll help you appreciate where you are and where youâre going.â Heâs proud of how far heâs come and excited about whatâs ahead.
To his clients, Adam says, âYou had plenty of realtors to choose from, and Iâm thankful you trusted me.â He works hard to be more than just a realtorâheâs an advisor and a partner, always there when his clients need him.
