From 2013 to 2017, I had the privilege of being personally mentored by one of the most accomplished Realtors in the country — a real estate icon with over $1 Billion in career sales and nearly five decades of experience. Under his direct mentorship, I learned the foundations of what it truly takes to succeed in this business: integrity, transparency, fierce client advocacy, and consistent performance.

In just my first 3.5 years as a licensed Realtor, I was directly involved in over 130 real estate transactions, helping clients buy and sell more than $35 million worth of property. Highlights include:

I maintain strong partnerships with many of the leading builders throughout Tampa Bay, Bradenton, and Sarasota. As a VIP agent with the largest homebuilder in the country, I’m often able to negotiate exclusive incentives and upgrades that aren’t available to the general public.

Lending Knowledge & Investment Insight

While I’m not a lender, I bring a strong understanding of mortgage processes to the table — helping clients navigate financing with confidence. My early career working with a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) taught me the importance of smart decision-making when it comes to real estate as an investment, which I now pass on to every client I work with.
